We are a private-pay facility. This allows us to have freedom as to how your sessions are structured (more hands-on time!) and how your longer-term treatment plan and duration are designed. If you have a Health Savings Account or Flexible Spending Account, we are happy to provide a receipt to submit for reimbursement. We can also provide coded billing documentation to Medicare and other insurance companies, and a number of our patients receive substantial reimbursement as a result.

We have a strong focus on getting our patients with lymphedema and lipedema set up with skills and tools so that you can learn to manage symptoms at home. We teach self-manual lymph drainage and can help get you set up with compression garments, targeted home exercise programs, pneumatic compression pumps, or any combination of these so that you can take charge of your treatment and aren’t dependent on seeing your therapists as often.

And we don’t want folks to have to forego treatment for financial reasons, so we have the Touch of Kindness fund available for patients with cancer, cancer history, lymphedema, lipedema, and for transgender patients. Feel free to use money from this pay-it-forward fund to help cover the costs of sessions.

(Note that we do not accept gratuities. Ask us about other ways you can say thanks!)
